Receiving a wire transfer - Canadian dollar wires

To receive a Canadian funds wire transfer originating from Canada, the US or internationally into your Cornerstone account, you will need to provide the sender's financial institution with the following routing information.

Sending Wire Transfers

To send a wire transfer, visit your local branch of Cornerstone Credit Union.  The following details are required regarding the person or business you are sending money to:

  • Recipient's full name and address
  • Recipient's Account Number
  • Recipient's Branch Number and Full Address
  • Recipient's Financial Institution routing number
  • SWIFT Code (if known)
  • ABA number (US Wires)

Where do I find my banking account info?

  • Cheque:

Your transit, financial institution number and account number are located at the bottom of your cheques.

  • Online Banking:

Your full account number (12 digits) can be found within online banking.

  • Log into your account
  • Click on your account on the My Accounts
  • On the Account Activity page your full account number and branch information are displayed on the right hand side of the page, under Account Details.
