Mobile Banking Expand/Collapse

Mobile web gives you the convenience of managing your accounts from your mobile phone - you can access account information you want, when you want it and where you want it.  It's fast, it's easy and it's free* (data charges may apply).

Mobile web offers the same functionality as MemberDirect online banking, but is optimized for the smaller screen size on mobile phones.  With Mobile web you can:

  • view account balances and history
  • pay bills
  • transfer funds
  • find a branch/ATM

Open Additional Accounts Expand/Collapse

Want even more convenience? We now offer current Cornerstone members the ability to open additional accounts online through our online banking system.

Members can open:

  • A Low Fee
  • Everyday
  • Unlimited
  • Savings
  • A TFSA Savings Account (only if plan already opened)
  • An RRSP Savings Account (only if plan already opened)
all through online banking!

Here's how:

  • Log in to online banking
  • Choose Account Services from the left menu on the Account Summary page.
  • On the Open an Additional Account page, choose the type of account you wish to open.
  • You can also transfer funds from any other financial institution to your new account using Me-to-Me Transfers.

The staff at the Contact Centre are available beyond our regular branch hours of operation.  The hours of service are as follows:

Monday - Thursday:  8am - 8pm

Friday:   8am - 6pm

If you conduct multiple large foreign exchange transactions (over $5,000), our Foreign Exchange Platform could be just what you need!
