Collabria Mastercard® Transition

Attention Legacy Horizon/Plainsview Mastercard® Cardholders:
Activate your New Cornerstone Credit Union Mastercard today!

Legacy Horizon and Plainsview members would have received a letter from our partner, Collabria Financial Services, informing you of the transition from the Horizon/Plainsview Mastercard to the new Cornerstone Credit Union Mastercard.

You will soon be receiving your new Cornerstone Credit Union Mastercard. This card will have the same features and terms and conditions as your legacy Horizon/Plainsview credit card. Your credit limit will remain the same.

All outstanding balances and rewards points will be transferred to your new credit card, if applicable. This will take place on:
  • Legacy Horizon - November 13
  • Legacy Plainsview – November 22

We trust you enjoyed and valued the many features, benefits and broad acceptance of your existing Horizon/Plainsview credit card. You will find your new Cornerstone Credit Union credit card has retained all these features, broad acceptance and the support of our Cardholder Services team.

ACTION ITEMS to ensure a smooth transition:

  1. Historical e-statements for your Horizon/Plainsview Credit Union credit card will not be transferred to your new Cornerstone Credit Union credit card account in MyCardInfo.
    • Should you need a record, please download them with your existing Horizon/Plainsview Credit Union MyCardInfo access before you activate your new card. 

  2. Activate your new Cornerstone credit card as soon as you receive it.
    • Once your new Cornerstone Credit Union Mastercard is activated, you will no longer be able to use your Horizon/Plainsview Credit Union credit card. Your existing card PIN will be transferred to your new card when activated.
    • If you do not activate it upon receiving it, your Horizon/Plainsview credit card account will be closed on the following dates, after which you will no longer be able to use your existing card.
      • Horizon – January 10, 2022
      • Plainsview – January 19, 2022

  3. Enroll your new Cornerstone Credit Union credit card on MyCardInfo to manage your account online 24/7 and signup for e-Statements. Check out all the benefits of MyCardInfo here.
    • If you do not signup for e-Statements, paper statements will be sent to the address on file with Collabria.

  4. Update payment information - If you have set up any automated recurring bill payments on your Horizon/Plainsview credit card, please remember to update your payment information with your new Cornerstone Credit Union credit card number as soon as you receive and activate your new card, since your credit card number is changing.

  5. Update mobile wallet – If you had your existing card in your mobile wallet, you’ll need to delete and add your new Cornerstone Credit Union Mastercard to your wallet. Learn more about ways to pay with your Mastercard here

  6. Remove and add bill payee in digital banking – you’ll need to remove your existing Collabria Mastercard bill payee and add your new Mastercard as a bill payee. See our How-To page for step-by-step instructions on how to add a new bill payee in digital banking.
