Once your application is submitted, our People Solutions team follows these steps when recruiting our CCU crew members:
- We review your application with the hiring team. If your application is selected, we'll contact you.
� - Applicants we'd like to get to know more are invited to participate in the interview process, which may include some or all of the following: phone interviews, virtual interviews, testing, onsite interviews.
Depending on the position that you have applied for, we may ask you to do a presentation so that we can really get to know you, your style, your vision, and how you see yourself fitting in with our CCU Crew.Following the interview, applicants are contacted to inform of the hiring team's decision.
- If you are selected, an offer letter and new hire information come your way! You'll also receive an email with everything you need to know for your first day.�
Following the deadline to apply, our People Solutions team meets with the hiring team to review all applications. Those that are selected to move forward in the recruiting process will be contacted.
When you look good, you feel good! Even with interviews taking place via Teams or Skype, you should dress the part - and you might want to make sure you have some pants on ;).
At Cornerstone, we have a business casual dress code - meaning we've skipped the suit and tie look, yet if you walked into any of our branches, you're able to see who our CCU crew are by their professional appearance.
