The code is time sensitive and only valid for one transaction.

Designed for agricultural, association, business and community service members. We provide your business with secure online access that allows business owners to maintain their own flexible administrative controls. With Small Business Banking, you can conveniently manage your accounts anytime, anywhere.
The Small Business Banking has all the same features as digital banking plus additional features for business owners that support the day-to-day banking needs of your business, such as:
  • Consolidating profiles if you have more accounts with Cornerstone (to consolidate a profile, you must be a signor on the business account).
  • Adding and Managing Delegates.
  • Make corporate tax payments.
  • Viewing pending transactions that require your approval, as well as cancelled or expired transactions.
  • Setting up dual signers on business accounts that require two people to approve transactions. (You can have as many signers as the organization requires, but you only need 2 to sign for dual signature).
  • Creating transactions that require additional approval.
  • Set up Alerts - Stay informed when you need to approve transactions or if you have transactions that are about to expire. You can view small business alerts by email or text message anywhere, anytime. (Text messaging rates may apply.) Set up is needed before alerts will be received.

What's New: This update is being completed to advance the stability of our digital banking platform.



Previous Mobile App Updates & Releases

This update included the fix for remote deposit capture that some iOS users were experiencing.
This update was part of a required production upgrade to enhance our digital banking platform.
This update was required to renew our SSL certificates to avoid any disruption to service with our mobile apps. SSL certificates are important as they enhance our security through data encryption.
This update fixed an issue when accessing the Debit Card Management option in both the Android and iOS mobile apps.
This update helped fix the most frequent Android app crashes that occur and enhanced the stability of our Android mobile app.
This update was due to a mandatory Google update.
This update was due to mandatory security updates.
This update prepared our app for an upcoming release of the iOS operating system.
This update prepared our app for the upcoming release of the Android 14 operating system.
This update fixed some bugs from prior releases.
This update upgraded our digital banking platform to a new version. It also released code in the background to get us ready for additional and exciting features – coming to you soon!
This update contains bug fixes and various crash fixes, including the most recent issue with the Android app freezing when notifications are turned to off.

The hot fix will address the following issues:
  • Android only, account does not make payment from selected account if changed after entering payment info
  • Members need to login multiple times before success (IDS timeout)
  • iOS fix for Apple Pay (not applicable until Apple Feature is implemented)
  • iPhone 11 Pro Max crashing when user clicks login button

Bug fixes and performance improvements.

Members will benefit from some new additional features that have been added to both online (desktop) and mobile banking.  

New mobile app UX/UI

This new release of the mobile app will be redesigned, with a new look and feel, new quick tour feature, and improved menu structure and navigation flows. The existing functionalities and features of the mobile app have not changed.  

This redesign means:   

  • Fewer clicks to perform transactions 
  • A dashboard page, where members can perform the most popular banking transactions 
  • Rounded buttons used throughout the new design (this is determined as best practice in mobile app builds)
  • Journey and learning curve are reduced for users
  • Ability to download void cheque. Members will be able to generate a downloadable PDF version of a void cheque – in mobile app and desktop – with the information needed to setup direct deposits and pre-authorized debit transactions. 
  • Identity Server Integration – setting us up for Single-Sign On in the future. Digital banking users will now be authenticated on internet and mobile banking channels with identity server integration. This integration establishes a trusted relationship, which sets up the future enablement of single sign-on (SSO) authentication methods with third-party integration possibilities.
