Compensation

Pension

We offer our employees one of the best pension plans around!

Pension contributions start at 5% with the option to increase after five years and again at 10 years of service to a maximum of 7.5%. All contributions are matched by us to support your financial wellness and peace of mind for your retirement.

Flexible Work Arrangements

We support work life balance by offering the opportunity for Flexible Work Arrangements such as Flextime, Flex Day or Flex Place!

Vacation

We all need a break sometimes to rest and rejuvenate. Cornerstone Credit Unions unique vacation benefit offers three weeks of vacation right off the bat! On your five-year anniversary, you can start earning an extra day each year up to six weeks of vacation!
