Voting opens June 3 at 6:30 pm and closes June 13, 2025 at 12:00 pm.
Voting will take place online. Eligible members can vote anywhere, anytime during the voting period from any device connected to the internet. A link will be posted on our website that will direct members to the voting site once voting opens.
Need assistance with voting? Members can visit any branch to assist you with the voting process.
Eligibility to vote:
- Must be a member of Cornerstone Credit Union (have a $5 membership share).
- Must be sixteen (16) years of age or older.
- Voting is driven at the membership level – each member – whether personal, business or community – is entitled to one vote.

How do I access my member number for voting?
There are a few ways to access your member number:
- Call us – Contact your Advisor directly or call us at 1.855.875.2255 (Choose Option 5 from the menu).
- Visit your local branch
- Through Digital Banking. Review step-by-step instructions below:
Mobile App
STEP 1: Log into your Cornerstone mobile app. On the home page click Accounts from the bottom menu.
STEP 2: Click on an account (any account would work).
STEP 3: Click on the Details tab.
STEP 4: Scroll down the Account details page until you see Member number.
Online Banking
STEP 1: Log into your online banking on a desktop computer. From the top menu, hover over Accounts.
STEP 2: From the drop-down menu click View accounts.
STEP 3: Choose an account and click the arrow on the right-hand side to see account details (any account would work).
STEP 4: Scroll down the Account details page until you see Member number.

No. We will not be offering a paper ballot option as it increases the complexity of the process and has potential to impact the integrity of the voting process.
We will assist members in branch to vote electronically if you are not comfortable doing so on their own.
